Free Home Delivery Service To The Room Of Your Choice
We offer a comprehensive delivery service on the majority of our product range, the exception to this is on products purchased for ‘next day delivery’ where a basic delivery can only be applied.
Our assembly on site service, & removal of like for like product is only available on Divan Beds, & not on Metal, Wooden, Leather or Fabric bedsteads. This is because the third party carriers that deliver these goods are unable to offer a 'full' service & only offer a delivery to the room of your choice. Please see the delivery options available on the product pages.
Lead times vary by supplier, depending on your location, & the order intake at the factory. Most bedsteads today are imported from the Far East, & occasionally will be out stock at the supplier and anywhere within the UK, until the next container load arrives, in this instance we will notify you by email.

Beds4u Product Range Of Beds and Mattresses
This product range is only available within a 50 mile radius of NE21 5ST. Lead times are normally 10-14 days.
Our own drivers will delivery to the room of your choice from 20.00, Assembly is from 30.00, depending on post code, we do not take old product away.

Bentley Designs
Beds4udirect have been dealing with Bentley for many years now & describe them as one of the most reliable express delivery companies they deal with. Incoming orders are always checked for stock availability before processing. We will notify the customer immediately if the product they have selected is temporarily out of stock, offering them a waiting time, alternative model or refund in full.
Free Deliveries for England, Wales & Lower Scotland (Post Codes G, KA, ML, EH, DG & TD) are available with a 48 hour lead time, Monday to Friday. i.e. Order Monday take delivery Wednesday. Deliveries into the Highlands (Post Codes IV, KW, PH, AB, PA, FK, PH, DD & KY) may be subject to a surcharge which will be automatically applied at the checkout.
Lead times are normally 3-5 days to England, Wales & Lower Scotland & 5-7 days to the Highlands.
You will receive a text to confirm your delivery day, & a 4 hour time slot. On the day you will receive a call to confirm they are on their way. The two man delivery team will take the goods to the room of your choice, unpack & remove the packaging, if the customer so wishes. This product range cannot be delivered to offshore Islands, Northern Ireland & Eire. Customers who also order a bundle mattress option, will receive the mattress the same day as the bedstead, via a second carrier. The mattress will be delivered to the door only from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
Birlea Furniture
Beds4udirect normally offer a 7 to 14 day Free direct home delivery service to the room of your choice, this may extend to 21 days depending on your location & the size of the product. On receipt of your order we will confirm the stock availability & approx. lead time.
You will be contacted from the home delivery team at least 3 days prior to the proposed delivery date & an AM/PM time slot. You will also be phoned approx. one hour prior to the actual delivery. Smaller items should be delivered within 14 days by one man; larger items requiring 2 men may take upto 21 days depending on your location. Deliveries are to UK mainland only.
Surcharges apply to certain distant areas.
Breasley Mattresses
All mattresses are normally available on a 48 hour delivery, with the exception of continental sizes, which are made to order, &are on a 7 to 10 day lead time. Please see delivery options below the selecting your size option. Orders will be taken on the understanding that the goods will only be delivered to the Cardholders Address.
Standard Delivery is Free Of Charge to UK mainland addresses, with the exception of postcodes AB, IV1 to 39, KW1 to 15, PA1 to 19,FK18 to 21, PH7 to 40, FK18 to 21, TR, LD, SA30 to 99 which carry a surcharge as do Postcodes IV40 to 63, PA20 to 78, PH41 to 50. Surcharges will be automatically applied at the checkout
Certain areas of Northern Scotland may take a further 1 to 3 days for delivery. Breasley do not deliver to North or Southern Ireland.
Deliveries are to the door, Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm, please ensure someone is in to sign for the mattress.

Julian Bowen Bedsteads and Mattresses
Beds4udirect have been dealing with Julian Bowen for many years, they have excellent quality control, & their products are well packed. All JB products arrive boxed, for easy self-assembly & carry a 12 month guarantee.
Lead times are normally 10-14 days if the item is in stock. We always check the stock status on receipt of an order, & if unavailable we will notify you straight away.

Deliveries To Postcodes IV, AB, PH, DD, & PA may take upto 14 days. delivery surcharges may apply. Beds4udirect offer a free of charge delivery to the room of choice on these three suppliers
If you are buying a limelight bedstead, and also require a mattress, we recommend that you either select a mattress from the bedstead options or from Vogue or Repose mattress pages via the Brands page. This will ensure you get delivery of both items on the same delivery. Bedstead lead times are 10-14 days normally, mattresses and beds or a bedstead with a mattress are normally 3-4 weeks
In all cases the carrier will contact you on your mobile or by email to confirm a delivery date. The day prior to delivery you will receive a text message with a 3 hour time slot. On the day you should receive a call/text 1 hour prior to delivery. Please check that you have received all the boxes supplied with this product before signing .

Free delivery to the room of your choice, & a modest charge for delivery to the room of your choice plus assembly, or delivery to the room of your choice, assembly plus removal of a like for like product. Surcharges may apply for deliveries to FK, KY, PA, PH, DD, AB, IV & KW postcodes.
The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date, & text you a 2 hour time slot the night before.
All products are made by hand to order, lead times are normally 4-6 weeks.

Sleepeezee offer a 3-tier delivery service.
Standard delivery to the room of your choice is free of charge. Delivery & assembly or delivery, assembly and removal of a like for like product are hargable. For Health reasons, the carrier has the right to refuse collection should the mattress or bed be heavily soiled.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are available at a surcharge of 120.00 applied at the checkout. Sleepeezee do not currently deliver to the Highlands or offshore Islands.
You should receive a call within 60 hours of placing your order from the delivery carriers to pre-arrange a delivery date. Deliveries will be Monday to Saturday, based on a post code rota. You will receive a text message the day prior to delivery with a 3 hour time slot. And a call 1 hour before delivery. The normal lead time on Sleepeezee products is 21-28 days.
Sweet Dreams Beds Mattresses Headboards and Bedsteads

Standard delivery is free Of charge to the room of your choice. Delivery to the room of your choice plus assembly, or to room of choice and removal of a like for like product, or the complete service of delivery to room of choice, assembly and removal of old product are chargable.
The carrier will contact you on your mobile regarding a delivery date. In most cases (not express) you should also receive an email or call the day before with a 4 hour time slot, & on the day, a call to your mobile one hour before delivery. Delivery surcharges may apply to certain post codes, please see Customer Service / home delivery & assembly.
Normal lead times are 7 to 10 days. Extended Delivery* : 10 to 15 days to postcodes - England & Wales LD LL14+ PL SA18+ SY14+ TQ TR - Scotland AB DD FK18 IV KW PA19+ PH. *Surcharges may apply at checkout.

Next Day Delivery
Our next day delivery service is available on a selection of mattresses, metal bedsteads, & fabric bedsteads. Orders must be placed prior to midday for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday. See product page for delivery option details.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday between 7am & 7pm & be an all-day appointment. You will be notified of your delivery date by the carrier. Delivery is carried out via one driver to the front door only; he will not take the goods to the room of your choice. If you are not available to accept that delivery once a mutual date has been agreed, you would be required to contact beds4u on 0191 4147293 to pay a re-delivery charge of £50.00. Beds4u will then contact the carrier requesting they make contact again with you to re-deliver.
On receiving the goods you will be asked to sign a disclaimer form for this service. If you are unhappy to sign the disclaimer, the goods will be off loaded to the doorstep only. Please check the goods prior to signing the 'received in good condition' disclaimer.
Please note items ordered for next day delivery must be delivered to home address (card holders) only.
Stanard Deliverys
If you are not available to accept that delivery once a mutual date has been agreed, you would be required to contact beds4u on 01914147293 to pay a re-delivery charge of £50.00. Beds4u will then contact the carrier requesting they make contact again with you to re-deliver.
The carrier will attempt to contact you 3 times, after which they will await contact via us. We can be contacted on 01914147293 If your goods are not delivered from the depot within 21 days, they will return them to us. We will hold the goods till you contact us to re-arrange delivery. In this case a surcharge of £80.00 will apply.
All goods and any additional upgraded charges must be arranged and paid for in full at the time of ordering. Please note that all upgraded services are non-refundable.
All bedsteads are supplied boxed for easy access, and will require pre-arranged or self-assembly.
