Outstanding service, brilliant mattress. After trying the "usual suspects" around Newcastle, we decided to go pop in here. The sales assistant was outstanding, she spent lots of time with us, let us try loads of different mattresses of all types and prices. The delivery guys were great, they took the new mattress upstairs and put it on the frame for us. All done and dusted in about 4 weeks. You spend 1/3 of your day in bed - it's worth getting a mattress from the experts!Kirsty C

First time to this store looking for a good quality divan with headboard and a soft mattress. David the salesman was lovely and friendly, and had a thorough knowledge of the beds available in my price range, he was also very patient considering it took me over an hour to chose exactly what I wanted from the many beds on offer.Carol Watson -
Excellent service from David. I purchased a double and small double mattress 5 and 6 years and wanted the same for twin beds. The mattress name had changed but David contacted the company and spoke to the rep to ensure it was the same as the ones previously purchased. He kept me informed throughout and gave me a good price. Would highly recommend.Diane Ward -

Been round numerous bed shops but heard good things about here. Travelled up from Bishop Auckland and wasn't disappointed. Staff were superb, loads of choice and prices were great. In and out in 20 minutes having ordered a new bed and mattress, which is being delivered on Wednesday. Couldn’t be happier. Absolutely first class. Would definitely recommend.Chris Johns -
Bought another bed today from the lovely Dorothy. I would never go anywhere else, the staff are so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. What Dorothy doesn’t know about beds is not worth knowing. Overall another amazing experience. Keep up the good work folks, don’t ever change. Everything is perfect the way it is which is why you have so many returning customers.Karen Crawford
