No one likes to wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, but that is exactly what can happen if your mattress has had enough and given up on you.
Even if you have a Sealy mattress, a Silentnight mattress or any other high-quality brand, no mattress is going to last forever, and sooner or later you are going to need to invest in a new one.
But how do you know when it is time to get a new mattress? Here are some signs to look out for.
Rolling into the Middle
This is one of the things which tends to occur with less expensive mattresses which do not have the same quality standards as Sealy mattresses and other quality manufacturers.
When the spring systems are not of a high quality, sometimes a dip can start to form in the middle of the mattress and the users can end up rolling into the middle during the night.
So if you end up constantly waking up right next to your partner and having to shuffle back onto your side then it could be that the mattress is to blame.
Discomfort During the Night
Sometimes you don’t know exactly what is wrong, but you are just waking up continuously during the night and cannot get comfortable.
It is true that this could be due to other factors which are not linked to your mattress. However, you should not discount your mattress as the cause of the problems.
If there is no other reason why you are continuing to wake up and cannot get a good night’s sleep, if may be that your mattress is to blame and you will need to change it.
Waking with Aches and Pains
Sometimes you find yourself waking up in the morning with mysterious aches and pains which were not there the night before.
It could be that these are the result of activities from the day before, but if not then it may be that your mattress is causing them.
If this is the case then you may want to change your mattress as soon as possible, and preferably to a good make such as a Silentnight mattress or Sealy mattress which will prevent his type of problem occurring.
Time to Get a New Mattress?
If any of the above apply to you then it could mean that it is time to invest in a new mattress such as a Sealy mattress or Silentnight mattress. Just make sure you choose one that is of a high quality and you should find that your nights become a lot more tolerable.
