However, if you regularly experience nights of discomfort, there is a possibility that your bed could be to blame. Here are a few reasons why your bed may be causing you problems.

Too Old

The better models may last for many years, but if you have had your bed for a decade or longer then it may be time to invest in a new model if you are not enjoying comfortable nights of sleep any longer.
