The Miracoil® 3 Mattress : Is the most popular sleep range within the UK. An intelligent zoned spring unit, with a firmer central zone created by condensing the size of the Miracoil® spring. This spring unit is used in conjunction with medium & high loft hypoallergenic fillings, memory foam or innergetic® latex. Mattress heights vary from 23cm to 31cm.

The Miracoil® 3 Pocket Mattress : Contains two spring layers, a 3 zoned Miracoil® spring unit topped with 1350 mini mirapocket springs held under tension. The mini pocket springs give you gentle bounce back for healthy movement & are naturally ventilated. These models have hypoallergenic fillings combined with the added benefit of memory foam which moulds to your body shape, by reacting with your body heat & weight, or innergetic® latex, which is breathable, & instantly contours your body shape. The no turn mattresses are 30cm deep.

The Miracoil® 7 Mattress : Similar to the Miracoil® 3 but far more advanced. The mattress contains 7 tension zones, combined with an extra sensitive layer to provide more targeted support to your neck, shoulders, hips, knees & ankles. The Miracoil® 7 mattress also benefits from the innovating Cirrus Airflow System, which allows excess heat & humidity to be released from the mattress. Mattress depths from 30cm to 32cm.

The Miracoil® 7 Pocket Mattress : This mattress offers you all the benefits of the Miracoil® 7 mattress but further enhances with a 1350 mirapocket unit. These individual springs are all encased in fabric pockets, working independently to contour your body shape. A choice of 3 models are available in this group including a memory breathe model & an innergetic® breathable latex model. Mattress heights vary from 34.5cm to 37cm.

About Silentnight Sprung Edge Divan Bases : The Silentnight sprung edge bed base, has been specially developed to work in tandem with the Miracoil® Spring Unit. A firm torsion bar runs round the perimeter of the base which contributes to the ‘No Roll Off’ technology, and a firmer wire is used across the central third of the sprung base to enhance the zoned sections within the mattress. A central head to toe torsion assists the  ‘No Roll together’ properties of the mattress. To fully benefit the Total Miracoil® Spring System, we would recommend that you purchase a complete sprung edge divan set.

Silentnight Beds History : Tom and Joan Clarke formed the company under the name Clarke's Mattresses Limited 61 years ago, in the North Yorkshire town of Skipton. In 1951, they changed the name from Clarke's Mattresses to Silentnight Limited and were soon producing more than 4,000 divan beds a month. In 1961 they moved to their current site as production continued to expand at a rapid rate. The 1980's were a hugely exciting time for Silentnight as they looked to cement their position as the UK's number one bed brand by creating an entirely new spring system to improve the quality of their bed range and ensure they remained uniquely different to their competitors. In 1986 they launched the 'Ultimate Spring System' - the first new spring system in the UK for over three decades. Rest Assured believe the mattress should adjust to you – not the other way round. So for your complete ease and comfort, the mattresses contain hundreds of springs placed closely together under layers of sumptuous fillings. Each precision-made coil is wrapped in its own individual soft cloth sleeve, holding the spring at exactly the right tension and allowing it to move independently. This means each spring is poised to adjust and respond to your every movement for a deeply supportive sleep, all night long. Within the range you will find an assortment of spring counts indicated by the number after the model name, e.g. the Bellini 2000 has 2,000 individual pocket springs in a king size mattress. ( Within the bed trade all spring counts on pocket sprung models relate to the number of springs in a 5’0 king size mattress, other sizes are pro rata to the 5’0 ) The more springs there are, the less body weight has to be supported by each spring and the mattress will be more supportive and responsive. Rest Assured still use all of the traditional methods when making a mattress, hand stitched side boarders are common place, as are side air vents, and turning handles. Traditional fillings include pure new wool, smooth silk, mohair & assorted soft fibre pads. Mattresses with these fillings are normally finished with hand tufting to maintain the mattress shape and stop unnecessary movement of the fillings. It should be noted that this type of mattress will show dips in the top surface where you have been sleeping, this is quiet normal and due to the high depth of fillings being naturally flattened into shape. You will find a traditional filled mattress gets comfier through use, over a period of years the comfort level will outlast other types of mattresses with lesser quality fillings.

In addition to the traditional fillings Rest Assured widely use memory foam and Innergetic® latex as a top layer.
